At CO.DB, we want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges. Please read the conditions.

14 day return policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 48hours after receiving your item to request a return and within 14 days it has to be returned to CO.DB

How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you want to return or exchange an item, please email info@codb.be with the following information within the 48 hours after recieving your item:

Name and order number
Reason for return

Return Conditions

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

No return on sale items, you can receive a voucher.
