1. What sizes are available for the coats?

We offer coats in a wide range of sizes. Please refer to our size chart on the product page for specific measurements and guidance on choosing the right size.

2. How should I care for my coat?

Each of our coats comes with specific care instructions. Generally, we recommend hand washing or dry cleaning to extend the lifespan of your coat. Please refer to the care label for more details.

3. Can I exchange or return my coat?

We have a 14days return policy, which means you have 48hours after receiving your item to request a return and within 14 days it has to be returned to CO.DB.

If you want to return or exchange an item, please email info@codb.be with the following information within the 48 hours after recieving your item:

Name and order number
Reason for return

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

No return on sale items, you can receive a voucher.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within Belgium, the Netherlands, and select European countries. Please check our shipping page for specific countries and shipping costs.

5. What is the delivery time for my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can monitor its status.

We recommend consulting our size chart, which may vary by model. 
Because each model has a specific look. 

7. Do you have physical stores where I can try on the coats?

Yes, we have select boutiques in Belgium where you can try on our coats, and ofcourse buy them. Visit our store locator page for locations and hours.

8. Are the coats suitable for colder climates?

Many of our coats are designed to keep you warm in cooler weather. The materials and lining are chosen to provide insulation and comfort. Please check the product details for specific information about the coat’s warmth and insulation.
